I did speed training at another facility for 2 years and even though I felt good, I didn’t really get quicker. I decided to try out Corexcell. I saw an immediate impact in my game. At Core, they worked things that I never had worked on like, running form, specific cuts, and my flexibility. Once my flexibility got better, I saw my running and cutting go to another level. It helped balance training and playing soccer, which Corexcell informed me it would be like in college. By the end, I felt prepared for Division I Soccer.
