Youth Training

We offer training for youth athletes ages 11-13

The training focuses specifically on:

    • Sprinting form
    • Agility/Starting mechanics
    • Shoulder protective exercises increasing throwing speed
    • Posture and alignment exercises and stretches
    • Safe weight training and speed resistance

• We believe this to be the best youth program in the area.  Your child will get stronger and faster while training at a safe progressive level to grow and mature into his/her body as it develops.  Trainers are continually monitoring each youth athletes’ progress and safety.

• The earlier you start at CoreXcell, the stronger of a foundation your child will have for the future to be at his/her peak in speed, strength, and athleticism.

2x per week for a month, 1 hour sessions

Tuesday & Thursday from  7:00 – 8:00pm

Fri 6:00 – 7:00pm

Sat 11-12pm    >>   *Only in effect:  October 1st – March 1st
